The Wellness Club to Host Health & Wellness Awareness Event

The wellness club by ADK hospitals managed by Heat is hosting a health and wellness awareness event focusing on women’s health this Saturday from 4:00 pm to 6:00pm at Lonuziyaaraiy park.

The first edition of Dhulhaheyo Holhuashi focuses on hormonal health, menopause, and osteoporosis, highlighting women’s health and wellness. The event features health talks by endocrinologists gynecologists physiotherapy consultants and health screenings, wellness guidance and information sharing on prevention and intervention programs.

Organised with partners UNFPA, MOMs NGO, fertility support community, and BBM, participants will also have the chance to win prizes in a lucky draw. The event aims to promote awareness, empowerment, and holistic wellbeing.
