Youth Ministry Concludes Two-Day Leadership Development Programme

The Ministry of Youth Empowerment, Information and Arts has announced the conclusion of the two-day Leadership Development Programme, which wrapped up yesterday following a weekend of interactive sessions.
The event was organised by the National Library Maldives in partnership with Taylor’s University and QStudy Malaysia.

The programme saw the participation of 98 individuals and was part of an ongoing community outreach initiative aimed at enhancing problem-solving, critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership skills among young leaders.
The event featured a series of activities designed to foster leadership capabilities through experiential learning. The organisers highlighted the importance of such initiatives in equipping participants with essential skills for personal and professional development.
