Passport Services Available Tomorrow with Limited In-Person Access

The Maldives Immigration has announced special arrangements for passport services tomorrow, a public holiday, ensuring accessibility through online and limited in-person options.

Applications for new passports will remain open 24 hours via the Imuga portal, allowing individuals to submit requests digitally. However, those requiring in-person services must meet specific criteria. Emergency applicants and individuals over 65 years of age can visit the Immigration office between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm to apply online with assistance.

For passport collection, Immigration will issue queue numbers from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm, ensuring a structured handover process.
