Hospital Investigated Over Patient Data Leak

The Ministry of Health has launched an investigation into a hospital following the leak of sensitive patient information.  

The inquiry was initiated after an X-ray image circulated on social media earlier this week, purportedly showing a foreign object lodged within a patient’s body.

A Health Ministry official confirmed that the ministry is aware of the situation and has commenced an investigation.  The official declined to identify the hospital involved.
