According to HDC, the primary objective of the hub is to provide a welcoming environment where elderly citizens can access essential services. The facility has been equipped with modern amenities to support their well-being.

The hub will offer health screenings and specialised healthcare diagnostics for senior citizens. It also features a communal area, a recreational zone, and designated spaces for sedentary activities such as reading. Additional facilities include an emergency response room, a prayer room, and a kitchen.

Designed to be inclusive of persons with disabilities, the hub will be open from 08:00 to 18:00 every day except Fridays and Saturdays.
