MAHRP Hosts Fireside Conversation with Leadership Expert Professor Hassan Ugail Tonight

The Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) will host the next edition of its HR Knowledge Share series tonight, featuring a special fireside conversation with Professor Hassan Ugail, a leading voice in leadership and future thinking in the region.

The event, titled “In Conversation with Professor Hassan Ugail,” will be held from 8:30 pm to 9:45 pm at the MNU Business School Auditorium.

The discussion will explore the future of leadership, the evolving world of work, emerging skills required for tomorrow’s workforce, and strategies for organisations and individuals to prepare for the next 10 to 20 years of change.

MAHRP stated that the session aims to provide insights into how technology, human potential, and leadership mindsets are shaping the modern workplace, offering practical reflections for professionals across industries.

The event is free and open to both MAHRP members and non-members, although prior registration is required.
