PO Reopens Applications for Membership of Three Technical Advisory Committees

The President’s Office (PO) has reopened applications for membership of three technical advisory committees established to provide expert guidance and consultation to the Government.

According to the PO, The committees are the Tourism Sector Advisory Committee, the Construction Sector Advisory Committee and the Fisheries Sector Advisory Committee. The Tourism committee will focus on supporting the sustainable development of the Maldives’ tourism industry, while the Construction committee will advise on sustainable growth in the construction sector. The Fisheries committee will work to strengthen the fisheries and mariculture sectors.

The President’s Office said it extended the application deadline to 12:00 pm on 3 March, Tuesday of next week, to allow more interested individuals to apply.

Applicants may submit forms on working days, excluding public holidays, between 8:30 am and 12:00 pm. Submissions can be made via email to info@po.gov.mv or delivered in person to the reception of the President’s Office.Application forms are available at the President’s Office and can also be downloaded from its official website.
