Youth Ministry Launches Hotline for Youth Hub

The Ministry of Youth Empowerment and Information Art has launched a dedicated hotline for its Youth Hub.
In a post on X, the ministry said members of the public can call 1542 during official government working hours for inquiries about Youth Hub facilities and programmes.
On 20 November 2025, President Dr Mohamed Muizzu inaugurated the Youth Hub – Malé, describing it as a designated ‘Zuvaanunge Third Space’ for young people and the first centre of its kind established by the current administration. The facility aims to empower youth, develop skills, and strengthen social connections within the community.

The Youth Hub was developed on the premises of the former Muleeaage vehicle garage and was officially opened during a special ceremony.
