Presidential Awards for Quran Memorisation to Be Presented in March

The Presidential Medal and Prize, recognising individuals who have memorised the Noble Quran, will be presented on the night of 1 March.
Organised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, the ceremony will take place at the Islamic Centre, where 50 Huffaz are scheduled to receive the awards this year.
The previous awards were presented on 2 Rabi’ al-Akhir 1446 AH, marking the anniversary of the day the Maldives embraced Islam, when 28 Huffaz were honoured.
