The Maldives Police Service reported that a man was found unconscious and bleeding from the mouth on a street in Malé.
Police received a call yesterday at 18:18 reporting the incident and confirmed that the individual is a foreign national. He was promptly transported to Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital for medical attention.
Authorities have not released further details regarding his condition. The police have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
