The Foster Parent Allowance programme is a targeted conditional cash transfer initiative implemented under the Social Protection Act, implemented in 2014. It is designed to support vulnerable foster families, improve the welfare of children without parental care, and ensure they have access to opportunities comparable to other children in society.
According to NSPA, individuals can apply for the Foster Parent Allowance program, by completing the Foster Parent Application Form and submitting it along with the required documents to NSPA.
