Ooredoo Maldives Offers Free 21GB Data to Mark 21st Anniversary

Ooredoo Maldives is offering 21GB of free mobile data to customers today as the telecommunications company marks its 21st anniversary in the Maldives.

The promotional data pack is available to all Ooredoo mobile customers on 1 August through SuperDeals on the Ooredoo app. Customers can access the offer by shaking their phones within the app to reveal the promotion. The 21GB data offer is valid for today, 1 August 2026, only.

Ooredoo Maldives Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Shadi Qawasmi marked the anniversary by highlighting the company’s role in the Maldives’ digital development over the past 21 years.

Qawasmi said Ooredoo had supported communities by connecting people, empowering businesses and bringing new technologies to the country.
