Solih Announces JAAH Apartment Deliveries in Six Months

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has announced that individuals who have purchased apartments from JAAH Investments’ The Gardens project can expect to receive their properties within the next six months. 

Speaking during a campaign rally in Male’ on last night, Solih expressed concerns about the mismanagement of various housing projects initiated during the previous administration, which had resulted in hardships for the citizens.

Among the projects cited were Sealife apartments, K-Park, and JAAH’s The Gardens. President Solih has pledged to address the outstanding issues related to JAAH’s The Gardens. It has been confirmed that Urbanco will assume responsibility for the project’s completion and will distribute apartments to awardees within the stipulated six-month timeframe.

Regarding the K-Park Residence project, President Solih indicated that Urbanco would take over its development once The Gardens project is successfully concluded. 

Notably, Urbanco recently issued an announcement seeking a consultant to expedite the completion of The Garden’s construction.
