Ismail Habeeb, Vice Chairman of the ECM, has confirmed the intention to address these complaints and comments today. Additionally, Habeeb highlighted ongoing efforts to compile the necessary data and charts to facilitate the release of the final constituency allocation report.
Among the received complaints, the Addu City Feydhoo constituency garnered the most attention, with 44 complaints specifically directed towards it.
Scheduled to occur in late March or early April next year, the 2024 parliamentary elections may coincide with the month of Ramadan.
The ECM has reiterated its commitment to finalising the constituencies for the upcoming elections and pledged to prepare and distribute a comprehensive list of eligible voters for these constituencies once the allocation is confirmed.
