Deputy CEO Adam Mahir said the operational commencement of the reproductive health center a month and a half ago, with a primary focus on the care of pregnant women. Following this successful operation, the ‘Well Woman’ clinic was formally opened this Monday.

The clinic will be managed by two specialists specialising in women’s health and diseases, concentrating on critical objectives such as screening and promoting awareness among women. Key areas of focus include education on uterine and breast cancer prevention, guiding women on self-examination techniques for detecting breast changes, and facilitating disease screenings.

The clinic’s schedule has been meticulously planned to ensure comprehensive care. Three days are dedicated to pregnant women, while two days are specifically allocated to addressing various other women’s health concerns. Adam Mahir highlighted that patients registered with the ‘Well Woman’ clinic will receive timely notifications for their scheduled doctor’s appointments.

In addition to immediate care, the clinic aims to provide continuous postpartum monitoring for up to six months after delivery. This initiative is designed to offer essential guidance on dietary needs and to assist women in establishing their health priorities.
