ECM Invites Applications for Election Officials for By-Election

The Elections Commission of the Maldives (ECM) has announced the commencement of the application process for individuals interested in serving as officials during the upcoming by-election for the Mayor of Maafannu South Constituency, Medhu Henveiru Constituency, and Henveiru South Constituency. 

The by-election is scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 13, 2024.

Prospective candidates willing to contribute to the electoral process are invited to apply via the following link: https://my.elections.gov.mv.

Applicants are required to undergo a specific training program for the role, scheduled between January 7 and January 11. A training allowance of MVR 300 will be provided upon completion of the program. 

Interested candidates must submit the documents by 15:00 on Sunday, December 31.

Applications will be accepted until the required number of suitable personnel is reached.
