PG Hussain Shameem Injured in Male’ City Street Attack

Prosecutor General Hussain Shameem sustained injuries following an attack on a street in Male’ City, this morning. 

Shameem is currently receiving medical attention at ADK Hospital. 

Some reports suggested that he had been assaulted with a sharp object, though this claim was promptly refuted by the police.
