MPL Presents Hajj Trip Certificates to Five Employees

Maldives Ports Limited (MPL) awarded five employees Hajj trip arrangement certificates at a ceremony yesterday at the company’s head office. 

MPL CEO Mohamed Wajeeh Ibrahim awarded the certificates to the employees. These employees, selected under the company’s Hajj and Umrah policy, were allowed to embark on the holy pilgrimage of Hajj this year, with all expenses covered by the company.

During the ceremony, CEO Wajeeh congratulated the selected employees and offered well wishes for a meaningful and fulfilling Hajj experience. 

Among those recognised for this opportunity were Ilyas Mohammed, Ahmed Rashad, Ahmed Ummeedh, Mohammed Nabeel, and Zakariyya Ibrahim, who represented various roles within the company, including Assistant Executive, Specialist Engineer, Service Engineer, Operations Executive, and Lead Executive, respectively.

It is noted that MPL’s policy facilitates five employees’ annual undertaking of the Hajj pilgrimage, and three employees are afforded the opportunity to perform Umrah.
