The Pension Office Mobile App, also known as the MPAO Mobile App, is an essential tool for pension services. Developed with the primary objective of digitising all services available to its members, this app aims to bring pension services to your fingertips. The simple user interface adopted by the app makes it fairly easy to master its features and functions.

Getting Started: Registration and Logging In

To access your Retirement Savings Account (RSA), your ID Card number and mobile number are required to receive a token number via SMS. Unregistered users can set up a new account using their National ID card, mobile number, and date of birth. 

Navigating the Pension Office App

Upon launching the app, users are greeted by the home page that showcases the main and side menus. On the home page, you can see a summary of the RSA balance with the contribution history of the past 12 months, total collateralisable amount and investment gain, pending allocation, if any, and the breakdown of the latest contribution.

The MPAO App goes beyond reviewing your RSA summary by offering additional features:

  • Your eligible benefits such as the Hajj scheme and Housing scheme
  • Track contributions with the contribution history

  • Option to change investment portfolio among which the member choices are MRPS Investment Fund and MRPS Sharia Fund
