Addu City Council to Lease Land in Meedhoo for Business Development

Addu City Council has announced plans to lease 50 plots of land from Meedhoo in Addu Atoll to registered businesses, companies and partnerships.
According to the council, the land is being made available for a range of commercial activities. These include the development of swimming pools, the establishment of restaurants, coffee shops, retail and wholesale shops, as well as salons, spas, and outlets promoting exclusive Addu products.

A non-refundable registration fee of MVR 300 will be charged from all applicants. The council has scheduled the acceptance and opening of bids to take place at the Addu Council offices on 21 May at 10am.
