Ooredoo Maldives concluded yet another edition of the Ooredoo Fun Run in Addu City yesterday, bringing together more than 3,000 runners from across the city and beyond.
“Known as the happiest 5K in the Maldives, the event was packed with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories for families and friends,” Ooredoo Maldives stated.
From start to finish, participants were treated to a series of foam, colour, and obstacle stations placed at every kilometre, turning the run into a celebration of fun, fitness, and community spirit.
Every Fun Run finisher received a specially designed medal featuring “Dhon Dheeni”, a bird native to Addu City, a tribute to the City’s rich biodiversity and cultural identity.
“Ooredoo Maldives extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Mayor of Addu City, all our partners, dedicated staff, and the incredible volunteers who came together to make this event possible. Your energy and support helped create a truly joyful experience for everyone involved,” the company stated.
“As part of our ongoing mission to connect communities through meaningful and healthy experiences, Ooredoo Fun Run continues to grow into a nationwide celebration of togetherness. Until next time, keep moving, keep smiling!” Ooredoo Maldives stated in its statement.
