AGM Scheduled: Ooredoo Maldives Sets Shareholder Record Date for February

Ooredoo Maldives Plc. has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in March 2025, with the Record Date for shareholder eligibility set for Tuesday, 18 February 2025, at 14:00 hours.
According to the company, all individuals and legal entities listed in the Shareholders’ Registry as of the Record Date will be entitled to receive dividends for the financial year 2024, as well as attend and vote at the AGM either in person or by proxy.

The official Notice and Agenda of the AGM will be made available on Ooredoo Maldives’ investor relations website (www.ooredoo.mv/investors/) by Saturday, 22 February 2025. The publication will provide details regarding the date, time, venue, agenda items, and general voting information for the meeting.
