Applications Open for Maldivian Businesses to Join Pakistan Handmade Carpet Exhibition
Applications are now open for Maldivian businesses interested in participating in the 41st Pakistan International Handmade Carpet Exhibition 2025.
The event is scheduled to take place from 7 to 9 October in Lahore, Pakistan. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade announced that the Government of Pakistan has invited Maldivian businesses to join the exhibition. The ministry highlighted that the event offers a valuable opportunity for businesses to promote and market their products to an international audience.

Those who register and receive approval to participate will be provided with free accommodation for three nights at the Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore. The Government of Pakistan has also confirmed that additional special packages will be available for participants.
Interested businesses are requested to complete the application form and submit it via email to international@trade.gov.mv by Thursday, 14 August 2025.
The Pakistan International Handmade Carpet Exhibition is organised by the Pakistan Carpet Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PCMEA) in collaboration with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP). Over the course of the three-day event, manufacturers and exporters from the carpet and rug industry will display their products at dedicated stalls.
