BCC Issues Call for Expressions of Interest for Hulhumalé Warehouse Project
The Business Centre Corporation (BCC) has invited expressions of interest for the development of a multi-storey warehouse facility in Hulhumalé, specifically at Lot 10681, Plot M4-11.

The proposed warehouse will provide tailored storage solutions for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), a key focus of BCC’s initiatives. According to an announcement in the Government Gazette on Tuesday, several development models can be proposed for the project, including contractor finance, joint venture, or lease models. These models will cover the design, engineering, construction, and operation of the facility.
BCC has emphasised that any proposed model should clearly outline the benefits to both the proponent and the corporation. In the event of receiving multiple proposals, the corporation will select the one that aligns most closely with its strategic objectives.
The evaluation process will take into account the proponent’s experience in similar projects, financial capacity, technical expertise, the proposed team, and the overall concept for the warehousing facility.
Interested parties are required to submit their expression of interest, including the concept design, via email to invest@bcc.mv.
