Chinese Contractor Awarded Road Development Project In Hulhumalé

A Chinese firm has been contracted to carry out road development and repair works across Phase I and Phase II of Hulhumalé.
Rotime Engineering and Technology Co. Ltd. signed the agreement with the Housing Development Corporation on 3 December.

Under the contract, the company will pave five unfinished roads in Phase I and complete the road near the Vinares Flats in Phase II, covering a total of 1.1 kilometres. The agreement also includes repairing damaged roads, including Fithuroanu Magu.
Rotime Engineering and Technology Co. Ltd. is required to complete the project within six months.
