Construction of Hulhumeedhoo Bridge Will Begin in First 100 Days, Says Adhurey

Abdul Raheem Abdullah, Chairman of the PPM/PNC, announced during the leadership’s visit to Addu City that the construction of the Hulhumeedhoo bridge would commence within the initial 100 days of the incoming government’s term.

Hulhumeedhoo, an island distinct from Addu City in Addu Atoll, is earmarked to be connected to Hithadhoo, aligning with a campaign promise made by the President-elect Mohamed Muizzu.

MVR 30 million in the upcoming year’s budget has been designated for the survey of the bridge.
