Dhiraagu Recognised as Great Place to Work®

Dhiraagu has been officially recognised as a Great Place to Work®, highlighting the company’s ongoing investment in employee experience, professional development, and an inclusive, people-first workplace culture.

The certification, awarded to organisations meeting globally recognised benchmarks for employee experience, is evaluated through the Trust Index™ Survey. The survey measures factors such as trust, fairness, respect, pride, and the consistency of the employee experience across the organisation.

Dhiraagu is one of the few organisations in the Maldives and among a limited number of telecommunications companies in the Asia region to receive the recognition this year.

The company marked the achievement with a special event at its headquarters in Malé on Wednesday morning. Dhiraagu’s leadership highlighted the significance of the recognition in reflecting the company’s values, culture, and commitment to empowering employees, serving customers, and supporting the community.

Dhiraagu offers a wide range of employee-focused programmes, including professional development initiatives, comprehensive benefits, mental well-being support, and engagement programmes across all operating centres. 

With 99.9 per cent of its workforce being local, the company continues to focus on building a supportive and inclusive workforce through structured learning pathways, leadership development, and initiatives that promote work-life balance and employee wellbeing.
