Dhiraagu has supported the vocational training programme since the Care Society established its vocational training unit in 2018. Last year, the programme saw a rise of 22 participants, with reports highlighting improvements in personal autonomy, communication, and social skills among students.

According to Dhiraagu, 27 students are participating in the programme this year, which focuses on life skills such as communication and problem-solving, alongside practical training in crafts, arts, and computer literacy.

Empowering youth and individuals with disabilities remains a central focus of Dhiraagu’s Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, and the company has consistently supported initiatives that promote inclusion and skills development.
