ECM Publishes Final Voter List for Local, WDC and Referendum Elections

The Elections Commission of Maldives (ECM) has released the final list of eligible voters for the local council, Women’s Development Committee (WDC), and referendum elections, all scheduled for 4 April 2026.

The referendum will seek citizens’ approval for the eighth amendment to the constitution, which proposes holding the local council and parliamentary elections on the same day.

The final voter list is accessible in the official gazette and on the ECM website for public reference.
