Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation has begun handing over flats in five more towers of the 4,000-unit housing project in Hulhumalé Phase 2. The latest phase expands the ongoing process that began earlier with the handover of units in Tower 14.
The corporation announced that key distribution has now commenced for Towers 11, 12, 13, 15 and 16, each containing 120 flats. The handover process is scheduled to continue daily from 9:30am to 3:30pm.
FDC Managing Director Hamdhaan Shakeel stated that the corporation intends to adhere to its planned timeline for the remaining handovers. He noted that the goal is to begin the key distribution process for all towers before the end of the year.
Tower 14, part of the Amaan Udhares segment, became the first to be occupied when residents began moving in early October. Although FDC had initially indicated that all flats in the tower would be handed over by the end of December, the revised timeline places the completion of handovers in the final week of January.
