First Lady Attends ‘Fiyavathi’ State Care Facility’s Annual Ceremony

First Lady Madam Sajidha Mohamed graced the annual ceremony of ‘Fiyavathi’, the children’s centre in Hulhumalé, yesterday evening.

During the ceremony at Farukolhufushi, the First Lady spent quality time with the children, enjoying various performances they held and distributing gifts to them. In addition, The ‘Game Room,’ donated to Fiyavathi by the Housing Development Corporation (HDC), was officially transferred to the centre during yesterday’s ceremony.

Fiyavathi, which operates in Hulhumalé as part of the ‘Kudakudhinge Hiyaa,’ is a state-run facility that provides care for children under 13.
