The project was awarded to a joint venture between Indonesia’s PT Citramas Heavy Industries and Maldives’ Beaver Builders in the previous month. The Addu City Council formally allocated the land for this significant development, yesterday.
Valued at MVR 214 million, this undertaking falls under the Public Sector Investment Program (PISP).
The project’s timeline stipulates that the contractor must complete the construction within 540 days.
