Illegally Parked Vehicles to be Towed from Boduthakurufaanu Magu, Police Warn

The Maldives Police Service has announced that vehicles parked illegally on Boduthakurufaanu Magu will be towed.
According to the police, this measure is part of a broader initiative to enhance pedestrian safety and improve mobility along Boduthakurufaanu Magu, specifically from the corner of Hithigas Magu to Meheli Goalhi. Authorities stated that enforcement action will also be taken against individuals found driving vehicles that have been parked unlawfully.

Once towed, vehicles will only be released after a 48-hour holding period. Police are urging drivers to be cautious and to ensure their vehicles are parked only in designated areas.
The police also extended their gratitude to the public for supporting efforts to maintain safety and order on city roads.
