Mafaz Appointed Deputy Commissioner of Customs

The Maldives Customs Service has appointed Ibrahim Mafaz as the Deputy Commissioner. His appointment was officially announced yesterday on the social media platform X.
With 27 years of dedicated service, Mafaz holds a Masters degree in Customs Administration from the University of Canberra, Australia.

Customs reveals President Dr. Mohammed Muizzu personally appointed Mafaz to the position of Deputy Commissioner.
Mafaz is the fourth Deputy Commissioner of Customs appointed by the government.
Prior to his appointment as Deputy Commissioner, Mafaz served as Deputy Chief Superintendent of Customs.
