Maldivian Businesses Invited to Showcase Products at World Halal Summit in Türkiye

The Maldivian government has announced an opportunity for local businesses to participate in the upcoming World Halal Summit and Halal Expo, which will take place in Istanbul, Türkiye, from 26 to 29 November.

The annual event, held under the High Patronage of the President of Turkey, provides a platform for companies, investors, and professionals involved in halal food, tourism, and beauty products.

According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the General Secretariat of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has confirmed that Maldivian businesses are eligible to participate in this year’s expo.

The Ministry highlighted that the event presents a valuable opportunity for local firms to promote and market their products to an international audience.
