Maldivian Businesses Invited to Take Part in China International Agricultural Trade Fair
Maldivian businesses have been invited to participate in the 22nd China International Agricultural Trade Fair, scheduled to take place from 17 to 19 October in Tianjin, China.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the opportunity has been extended by the Chinese government and provides a significant platform to promote Maldivian agricultural and fish products to an international audience.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China will cover booth fees and construction costs for the first eight Maldivian businesses to register. Interested companies are required to submit their applications by 14:00 on Thursday, 28 August.
The annual trade fair brings together agricultural, fisheries, import and wholesale businesses from China and other countries. It also hosts a range of activities aimed at building business connections and creating new opportunities in the sector.
