Man Arrested in Hulhumalé Over Alleged Alcohol Delivery

A man has been arrested in Hulhumalé following a tip-off, after allegedly delivering alcohol to a car on Reethigas Magu.
According to police, the vehicle was stopped and searched in front of Amin Avenue Maple, where officers discovered black bags containing boxes in the trunk. Upon inspection, the boxes were found to contain 84 bottles of alcohol.

The driver of the vehicle was also arrested in connection with the case, and the car was subsequently towed from the scene.
Police identified the arrested individual as Mohamed Ushan, 46, of G. Laamige, Malé. The matter remains under investigation.
