MET Office Issues White Alert from Gaafu Alif to Addu City

The Maldives Meteorological Service (MMS) has issued a white alert for the region spanning from Gaafu Alif atoll to Addu City.

This alert is in effect from 13:30 hours to 18:30 hours, today. The forecast warns of torrential rains and thunderstorms.

Residents and visitors in the affected areas are advised by the MMS to remain vigilant and implement appropriate safety measures.
