Ministry Re-opens Call for Animal Welfare Project Collaborations with NGOs

The Animal Welfare Department of the Ministry of Agriculture has re-opened its call for collaboration with voluntary NGOs and associations, following a previous announcement [iulaan no: (IUL)VS/492/2025/16)], due to receiving only one application.

The Ministry is seeking NGOs or associations interested in participating in projects related to animal welfare under its mandate. The opportunity remains open exclusively to voluntary organisations.
Interested and applicable NGOs should submit the following documents:
- Copy of registration of NGO/Association
- NGO/Association Profile
- NGO/Association Rules of Procedure
- Details of NGO/association executive committee members
- Documentation of international recognition (if any)
- A record of relevant experience
- Name and phone number of a designated contact person
Submissions must be made either at the Ministry’s counter on the 7th floor of Velaanaage or via email to info@agriculture.gov.mv before 14:00 on Sunday, 04 May 2025. Further information is available by calling 3339288.
