Minor Injured After Falling From Building In Addu City

A 15-year-old girl was injured after falling from a residential building in Addu City’s Hithadhoo district, police have confirmed.

The incident took place around midnight at the 14th Tower, when the minor fell from the second floor of the building. She is currently receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit of Addu Equatorial Hospital.

According to hospital officials, the girl sustained multiple injuries but remains in stable condition. Authorities have confirmed that investigations into the incident are ongoing.

The case comes amid a series of similar incidents reported in recent days, including a fatal fall in Hulhumalé on Saturday and another incident in Malé last night.
