Motorbike Collision on Boduthakurufaanu Magu Leaves One Injured

A person injured in a collision between two motorbikes on Boduthakurufaanu Magu is receiving treatment at Indira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).
The incident occurred near Marrybrown, close to the running track, at 5:25pm yesterday. According to the Maldives Police Service, the crash involved two motorbikes travelling west to east along the road.

Police confirmed that one individual sustained injuries in the collision but did not disclose further information regarding the condition of those involved.
Authorities have launched an investigation into the incident.
Traffic accidents continue to be a significant concern in the Malé area, where roads remain congested with vehicles. Some accidents have resulted in severe injuries and, in some cases, fatalities.
