Muizzu Appoints Four Members to the Tax Appeal Tribunal

President Dr Mohamed Muizzu has appointed four members to the Tax Appeal Tribunal on Thursday.

They were appointed under Section 56 (a) (1) of Act No. 3/2010 (Tax Administration Act)

The members appointed to the Tribunal are;

1. Hassan Zuhair Mohamed, G. Maavaarulu

2. Ibrahim Shareef, G. Alishaa

3. Uza. Shifza Abdul Gayyoom, Gasdhoshuge, GA. Nilandhoo

4. Uz. Abdul Ghanee Mohamed, H. Host Side

Applications for the position were opened by the President’s Office on August 29th.

Muizzu appointed the members to the Tribunal following Parliament’s review and approval.
