The service is targeted at residential customers, both mobile and fixed broadband, with options for customisation to meet individual needs.

A notable feature of NetProtect is its customisation portal, allowing users to tailor security settings. Customers can block specific content categories, including adult material, crime-related information, and intrusive advertising. Additionally, users can establish time-based restrictions for specific websites or content categories, supporting a balanced approach to online safety.

To enhance affordability, Dhiraagu has priced the service competitively and is offering all customers a 30-day free trial. Existing subscribers to Dhiraagu’s parental control service have been automatically transitioned to NetProtect and will receive a 50% discount on their subscription for the first year.
