Ooredoo Maldives has unveiled its Ramadan campaign for the year, drawing inspiration from the popular “Karaa Felhun” game on the Ooredoo SuperApp and introducing a series of digital services, broadband upgrades and community-focused initiatives for the holy month.
The company said the campaign centres on themes of connection, generosity and togetherness, reflecting the spirit of Ramadan and the Maldivian tradition of ebbavanthakan — supporting one another in times of need.

As part of the campaign, the Karaa Felhun game returns to the SuperApp with new rewards. Players can join one of two teams — Raiy Lashkaru or Noo Lashkaru — and compete for prizes. The grand prize is a Creator Bundle valued at MVR 100,000, which includes DJI drones, an Osmo Action camera, a DJI Pocket 3 Creator Combo, an iPad Air with Apple Pencil, a MacBook Air M5 and an iPhone 17 Pro (256GB). The company will also offer daily prizes, including telecommunications benefits and cash rewards, throughout Ramadan.

Ooredoo has also announced complimentary speed upgrades for selected SuperNet home broadband packages during the month.
- SuperNet Unlimited 30M will increase to 100 Mbps,
- 50M to 150 Mbps,
- 100M to 200 Mbps
- 200M to 250 Mbps.
The company said the upgrades aim to support streaming, gaming and digital communication during peak Ramadan usage.
For late-night users, Ooredoo has introduced Haarudhan packs, available between 1 am and 5 am via the Ooredoo App. Prepaid customers can purchase a 5GB data pack for MVR 35 with 24-hour validity, or unlimited Ooredoo-to-Ooredoo calls for MVR 10, also valid for 24 hours.
The company has also launched Value Share Plus, a shared data package offering 100GB in total — 40GB for personal use and 60GB for sharing — priced at MVR 300 with 10-day validity.

To support customers with family members overseas, Ooredoo introduced the Borderless Pass, which provides 30 international direct dialling minutes to selected countries and 2GB of IMO data for MVR 45, valid for three days. The offer applies to calls to Bangladesh, India, Nepal, the Philippines and Sri Lanka.
In addition, Ooredoo is offering a free Prayer Alert service, enabling customers to receive SMS notifications 15 minutes before each daily prayer time during Ramadan.
Through its digital wallet platform m-Faisaa, the company has also rolled out several charitable initiatives. Customers can pay Fitr Zakat via m-Faisaa from the first day of Ramadan until the 28th day at 6:00 am. Users can also donate Iftar packs to mosques in the Greater Malé area and contribute to organisations including the Cancer Society of Maldives, Fiyavathi and the International Aid Campaign through a dedicated donation hub.
Ooredoo said the campaign reflects its continued efforts to enhance digital services while promoting community engagement and charitable giving during Ramadan.
