Ooredoo m-Faisaa Partners with Fathuruverin Travels to Offer Digital Travel Insurance

Ooredoo’s m-Faisaa has partnered with travel agency Fathuruverin Travels to provide customers with convenient access to m-Faisaa Travel Insurance, powered by Amana Takaful.

Ooredoo Maldives said the collaboration enhances the travel experience for Fathuruverin customers by combining curated adventures with secure, digital protection. Travellers booking through the agency can now enjoy both unique journeys and the assurance of comprehensive insurance coverage.

m-Faisaa Travel Insurance, introduced by Ooredoo Maldives in partnership with Amana Takaful, is a fully digital solution designed for overseas travellers. The company said customers can purchase the package directly through the m-Faisaa digital wallet on the Ooredoo SuperApp, offering quick and easy access on the go.

The insurance package provides extensive coverage, including:

• Up to MVR 771,000 for disability or death due to accidents during the insured period.
• Up to MVR 1,542,000 for emergency medical expenses.
• Protection against cancellation, curtailment, loss of passport, and loss of checked-in baggage.
• Compensation for missed departures, missed connecting flights, and travel delays exceeding 12 hours.

Ooredoo Maldives said the partnership reflects its ongoing efforts to make digital solutions more accessible and enhance convenience for customers.
