Ooredoo Maldives Celebrates Customer Day with Direct Engagement Nationwide

Ooredoo Maldives marked Customer Day yesterday with a nationwide initiative where management and employees stepped out of their offices to engage directly with customers across various touchpoints.
According to Ooredoo Maldives, teams from all departments connected with customers at Experience Centres, retail outlets, and service partner locations gathered feedback and insights to enhance service quality and strengthen customer relationships.
Chief Commercial Officer Hussain Niyaz also took over Ooredoo’s social media channels for the day, engaging with customers online to further the company’s goal of open and responsive communication.

Ooredoo said the activity was part of its broader commitment to providing five-star service and creating a more customer-centric experience. The company emphasised that Customer Day allows staff to listen to customers’ needs, understand their expectations, and identify opportunities to improve. Throughout the day, employees from all levels — from frontliners to executives — participated in the event under this year’s theme, “Digitally Yours: Elevating Customer Experiences.” The theme reflects Ooredoo’s vision of combining technology and empathy to deliver seamless, personalised, and reliable services across every interaction
