The figures were shared during a ceremony held at the CSC office to inaugurate its new Complaints Module. The system was officially launched by Maldives National University Chancellor Dr Mahamood Shougee.
The Complaints Module has been developed to streamline the process of submitting and handling complaints related to services provided through the civil service. The system is designed to strengthen the overall complaints framework, ensure timely responses, improve monitoring, and provide a structured appeals process where complainants are dissatisfied with the initial response.
According to CSC, the new system will allow both civil service employees and members of the public to submit complaints directly to the commission or individual agencies. It will also provide complainants with instant updates on the status of their submissions while maintaining proper documentation of all related processes.
The commission stated that the introduction of the module is expected to enhance transparency and accountability in the civil service, while offering a more efficient mechanism for addressing public concerns.
