Police Centre in Dh. Vaanee Hosts Graduation of 116 Officers

The Maldives Police Service has announced that 116 officers have completed the 40th initial training course. The passing out ceremony was held at the Police Centre in Dh. Vaanee last night.

The four-month training programme began on 20 April with 138 participants, of which 116 successfully completed the course. The police stated that the officers who graduated are now equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to serve in the force.

The ceremony was attended by Minister of Homeland Security and Technology Ali Ihusan as Chief Guest, alongside Police Commissioner Ismail Naveen and senior officials.

During the event, plaques were presented in recognition of outstanding performance. The Best All Round Student award was given to Sergeant Mohamed Arshad of Sh. Feevah, who also received the Commissioner’s Excellence Award.
