Police Conduct “Walk and Talk” Programme in Hithaadhoo

The Maldives Police Service has conducted a “Walk and Talk” programme in Hithaadhoo, Baa Atoll, aimed at promoting a safe and crime-free community. 

According to police, the initiative sought to strengthen cooperation and trust between the public and the police. During the event, officers met with island residents to listen to their concerns and exchange views. 

Discussions focused on issues that could be addressed collaboratively and explored ways to improve police services. Both the police and community members also considered activities that could be implemented together to help reduce crime on the island.
