Police Seeks Public Help in Identifying Individuals Involved in Hulhumale’ Accident

Police in Hulhumale’ Phase I have issued a public appeal for information to help identify a group of individuals involved in an accident.

The appeal follows the release of a video by the police today, depicting the incident in question. In the footage, a young woman is seen colliding with the rear of a parked private car while riding her motorbike. 

Another individual is observed assisting her in lifting the fallen motorbike. Several vehicles pass by, while approximately six people stop at the scene. After the brief stop, the woman is seen mounting her motorbike and leaving the area.

Notably, none of the individuals depicted in the video reported the accident or remained at the scene, according to police statements. The precise timing of the incident was not disclosed by the authorities.

The case is currently under investigation by the Hulhumale’ Phase I Police Station. Authorities have urged anyone with pertinent information regarding the individuals featured in the video to come forward and contact the police station at 9980062.

In their public statement, the police expressed gratitude to the community for their cooperation in matters such as these.
